Thomas Williams was born in Wales.

Thomas Williams was born in St. George (Welsh: Llansansior, sometimes Llan San(t) Siôr or Llan Sain Siôr) a small village in the county borough of Conwy, Wales. He is son of Robert and Margaret (---) Williams. Thomas was baptized on March 23, 1823. ^[1] (Robert and Margaret are the names of Thomas's first son and first daughter.)
