"Mr T C Williams, with Messers H H Beetham and W H Beetham, owned the well-known Wairarapa Stations, Brancepeth, of 49,000 acres, Annedale, of 15,000, and other properties."[1] He owned Lansdowne Station, of 2,000 acres, "now a residential district."
"Married, on the 20th ult at St James' the Hutt, by the Rev T B Hutton assisted by the Rev H W St Hill, Thomas Coldham, fourth son of the Ven Archdeacon Henry Williams, to Annie Palmer, eldest daughter of William Beetham Esq of the Hutt." Hawkes Bay Herald (13 Nov 1858).
He died on 19 May 1912. He was buried on 21 May 1912 in Purewa Cemetery, Auckland (Block A, Row 11, Plot 64).
