Micajah Williams was born on February 16, 1782, according to the family bible of his mother, Sarah Musick Williams. His father was Joseph Williams.
He married Mary Sullens in 1800 or 1805.
They had at least 6 children: James (1805); Joanna (1806); Jane (1808); Joseph (1810); Jemima (1819; Richard (1820.
He served in War of 1812 under his uncle, Colonel David Musick of St Louis County, MO.
He died in Missouri about 1825, leaving a number of children. This information along with his parents being Joseph Williams and Sarah Music is reported in the Genealogy of the Lewis Family.
On Nov. 21, 1840, his surviving children sold property that Micajah had inherited from his father, Joseph. The 5 adult children listed in the sale were brothers Richard & Joseph Williams, and sisters Joanna William Caldwell, Jane Williams Jamison, and Jemima Williams Stoner.
Findagrave.com gives wife as Sullens and Micajah's birth date as 16 May 1782 and death date as 1825.
