There are so many John Taylors, even just in the early 1800's, that one must wonder, with no dates of birth, marriage, nor death for Elizabeth Murray Taylor, how do you know which John Taylor it was she was with? The JOHN TAYLOR who is my great great grandfather was born in abt. 1810 in KY, perhaps through TN, USA, into Arkansas, married Beulah Smith, in 1836 in Izard county, and is buried there in that same county, after having several children with Beulah. We must have PROOF before changing profiles. Do you have DNA? Are you related or just working on other lines nor in your family tree? Please contact and request and verify your sources. Thank you.
I see that you changed the death date and location of Unknown-429029. This person is name Margaret "Peggy" who was married to Matthew McCaslin. You changed the death date to June 1830 and location from Macon Co, NC to Randolph Co, NC. She appears to be the woman in the Macon, NC census in the household of husband Matthew McCaslin. The 1830 census was taken around April of 1830. So according to you she moved 250 miles to the east to Randolph Co, NC to die? She had no known relatives there as far as I can tell. Please document your changes to this person. I will change the death location if you do not post sources.
It appears Wright-47718 is now an entirely different person.

When making changes to Project profiles, such as the Mayflower passenger John Alden, or any pre-1700 profile, we require sources used to support the change and collaboration with the members of the project. When making substantive changes, such as dates, places, names, relationships, etc. please post your intentions and sources in the comments of the profile or in a linked G2G post so that other Project members can evaluate if the change should be made. Please review the page Help: Pre-1700 Profiles for futher information.

Thank you for adding your DNA to WikiTree. Getting the Best from DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
I hope you enjoy WikiTree as much as I have. You never know when you will find a lost family member or ancestor. Or maybe find a hidden family secret about an ancestor.
