Frank Edwards and Mary Williams were married after banns on 18th September 1869 at St Clement's, Oxford, Oxfordshire[1]. They were bachelor and spinster, both of full age and living in St Clements at the time. Frank was a mason and the son of John Edwards who was also a mason. Mary was the daughter of James Williams who was a labourer. They each signed their own name on the register and the witnesses to the marriage were Mark Edwards and Ann Edwards[2].
