Benjamin Lewis Williams was born about 1795 in Fayette City, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, the son of Ebenezer Williams and Catherine Jones Williams.

Benjamin Williams (65), farmer, owned real estate valued at $2000 and personal property valued at $300, and his wife, Lovina (52), in household with their children, Abram (20), Huldah (16), Isaac (15), Margaret (14), Phoebe (11), Solomon (9). Huldah, Isaac, Margaret, Phoeba, and Solomon attended school within the census year and all in household claimed to be born in Ohio.[4]

Benjamin Lewis Williams died 13 July 1869 in Lind, Waupaca County, Wisconsin and was buried at Hatton Cemetery, Waupaca, Waupaca County, Wisconsin.[5]

More research needs to be completed for Ebenezer Williams for census records before 1830, unable to locate the 1840 Census records for family.
