William was born about 1775 in Maryland. He was apparently born "Batch Williams," but changed his name.[1] Very little is known about this man. Appears to have been in Pennsylvania by 1805. He married Nancy Bradley and they raised 5 children in Pennsylvania.[2]. He passed away about 1850, possibly in Pennsylvania.
It seems possible that this William Batch is William and Nancy's son, but need a bit more evidence.
Where did William and Nancy marry? They were both from Maryland, so possibly there?
William was born about 1775. He passed away about 1850. [3]
Possible direction of research for daughter Elizabeth .. Elizabeth Batch Ungerer on findagrave.com. Death records for their children indicate Elizabeth was from PA. More digging needed. --Scott Prentice
