Biography

Nancy was born about 1781 in Maryland, the (possible) daughter of Patrick Bradley and Susan Fitzgerald, both of Ireland. She married William Batch, they raised their children in Pennsylvania. She was living with her son, Stephen, in Tyrone Township, Pennsylvania, in 1860. She likely passed away before 1870.

• Unsourced family records list Dominick Bradley (b. c1839 in Ireland) as Nancy's father, and his parents as Patrick Bradley (b. 1798 in Ireland; d. 1880 in Plymouth, IA; m. 1830 in Ireland) and Susan Fitzgerald (b. 1808 in Derry Co.
