Bruce Howard Williams was born in 1953 in Hackensack, NJ. He was the second son of Howard Williams and Pearl Marney. Bruce graduated from Clearwater High School, Clearwater, FL, in 1971 and his abilities as an athlete in Football and Track and Field are legendary. Bruce was a veteran and served in the USAF, Strategic Air Command, 44th Strategic Missile Wing at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. He was educated with a BSEE from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in 1980 and an MSEE from the University of Utah in1990. His professional career included employment as an Electrical/Digital Communications Systems Engineer at E-Systems, St, Petersburg, FL; Lockheed Martin Tactical Communications Systems, Salt Lake City, UT; and AirNet Communications, P-Com, and Mnemonics, all in Melbourne, FL. He was married to Christine Chambers of Clearwater, FL, and had two wonderful children. Bruce passed away while on travel in Laramie, Wyoming on 18 Sep 1998.
