Hi Ian. Sorry I forgot to reply earlier. I am typically more focused on Data Doctor work and am happy to be on that team. Lately, I've been focusing on a local genealogy project and I have also just started Orphan Trail 2! I enjoy all of the chatter on the project's Discord channel and the monthly challenges. Always something going on which helps direct the research/data doctoring with the little amount of time I have!

Hi, Jeffrey, would you look at this baptism record and give your opinion on her last name? She is number 48 - Anna. Is she Olesdatter, or Quam? In other entries in America she uses mostly Quam, Koan, or Qvam. Or is Quam the name of her farm that goes in other last names?

Hi Cindy. LNAB is Olsdatter. Qvam is farm name, so that would go in other last name field.

Hi, Jeffrey. Thank you for the beautiful work on my husbands grandmother Myrtle Anola Norsby. The biography was so well written and the sources nicely documented. You've inspired me to do a better job of adding bold headings to the sources. I appreciate the time you took for her and other relatives. Best wishes, Cindy

Thank you for the kind words Cindy. I have to thank the England Project's Orphan Trail for opening my eyes to the bold source headings. I've slowly been going back over my own profiles to add them as time permits. It does make everything much easier to see! I know as part of the RAWK event you were hoping for more help on the German lines, but am happy that I found a spot I could help work on! I may before the end of the month find time to work more on your husband's Norwegian lines.

I've been searching for Myrtle Fendrings parents. There are a few clues, but I can't find the father. Very few Fendrings in the censuses. There is a marriage record for Myrtle you added from Ancestry. If you have a moment, could you make a sharing image of it? Or list her parents names if they are given? Anything further you could add for her line would be helpful.  :) Cindy

Thanks for your answer. A relative remembered part of her name, enough to begin to confirm other records. Im piecing them together bit by bit!

Dear Jeffrey,

We hope you are enjoying your time in the Orphan Trail Team; even if you are currently taking a Pause or waiting to be buddied up with a Trailblazer. We are pleased that you decided to join us and on behalf of the England Project, I would like to thank you for all your contributions towards the project's goals. Every single contribution you make helps improve English profiles!

We are looking forward to you joining one of our other collaborative and energetic teams once you complete the Trail.

We will be in touch with you again in the middle of next year when we do our annual check-in with project members.

On behalf of all the Leaders, I wish you a peaceful and productive 2023.
