People – LifeTree
In the 1500's, many records in the parishes were destroyed, and so the remaining ones are valuable in helping establish the early families within the townships of Cornwall and other Counties in the land. Taken from the original Parish Register on film, these early records have been transcribed into a digital format under the headings of (at present -- baptisms 1560-1769, marriages 1560-1759, burials 1560-1757), in The Gwithian Page. This page will be cited as the reference for those Profiles as the Top of the Tree for the family descendants into the 1600's, and later. Much of this work is pre WikiTree, and in addition to the azazella pages, Kathie Weigel was the on-line Parish Clerk for Gwithian, at the Cornwall OPC Database. She has transcribed many records, both in English, and Latin, into the COPC over the years as a volunteer. Thank you for many of my ancestors details.
