Given the tenement of Upton in Gwithian, jointly with his brother-in-law Thomas Cocke, in his father-in-law's will 1614, of which he was an overseer.
Mentioned in his brother William's will as owing him £6 and a cow, but was forgiven the debt.
Buried 17 Jan. 1625 at Gwithian.
Married, 26 Oct. 1591 at Gwithian , Agnes (Annes) Cocke, daughter of Henry Cocke of Gwithian, by Margery, daughter of Lawrence Rondall. Mentioned in her father's will 1615.
