Jean François was born November 24, 1681 in St-Jean, Île d'Orléans, Canada, Nouvelle-France. He is the son of Gabriel Thibierge and Marie Lepage [1] Jean François Tibierge was baptized November 24th 1691 in St-Jean-Baptiste-de-L' Île d'Orléans, DOB not specified. Godparents were the priest who baptized him, G.T. Erbéry, and Madeleine Desprez wife of Nicolas Odet.[2]

Jean François married Angelique Fontaine, November 26, 1714 in St-Jean, Íle d'Orleans, Canada, Nouvelle-France [3].

He passed away in October 18, 1769 and buried two days later in St-Jean, Íle d'Orleans, Québec [4].
