Eliakim TERRILL[1] was born 10 Feb 1760. [2] [3] in Milford, New Haven, CT. Information in family bible. He was the son of Phineas and Phebe (Oatman) Terrell.[4]

Eliakim married Elizabeth Twitchell calculated abt 1780 in New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut[2] Elizabeth is daughter of Joseph & Elizabeth (Tomlinson) Twitchell. She was born Feb 10 1760 in Derby, CT [4]
