Thank you for adding your DNA to WikiTree. Getting the Best from DNA will tell you more about how DNA kits are used on WikiTree.
I hope this helps! If you have any questions or problems, let me know.

Looks like we must have more than one cousin line. My grandmother, Ada (McConaughy) May was descended from David and Jane (Platt) McConaughy/McConnaughey, etc., who came from Northern Ireland and resided in Twolick Creek, Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA. (There are about three dozen ways to spell this surname!!!) I just can't find our McConaughy connection, yet, On the other hand, we are eighth cousins once removed through Nana's husband's line from William Goodhue Jr. (1645 - 1712).
There is a pending merge for Cool-192. We need to merge this so we can get the duplicates down the line merged.
Thanks, Michelle

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.
Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.
If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. The help pages give lots of information about the process, but I recommend starting with 'Before you import a GEDCOM' (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Before_importing_a_GEDCOM) Another very helpful link, a step-by-step process, which includes screen-shots is (http://www.geneamusings.com/2013/12/adding-early-seaver-generations-to.html) Best of luck!
