Biography

Charity was born about 1779. She passed away in 1864. She married Robert Finley Kirkpatrick on 01 Mar 1826. They were married by Thomas Brown in Essex County, New Jersey.^[1]

Indenture was made to Charity Kirkpatrick, widow of Robert F. Kirkpatrick, of the Township of Warren, County of Somerset, from David Coon and his wife, Harriett. The indenture was dated 20 Mar 1854. The land in the indenture was described as being the eastern part or half of the late farm of Alexander Kirkpatrick deceased. ^[2] An Indenture was also made from David Coon and his wife, Harriett, to Lewis Kirkpatrick with the description of property being similar. This indenture is on Page 154 of the same volume as above.
