Sorry I didn't respond to you earlier. We have been busy getting ready to sell our home. I am still interested and involved in the Swift's One Name Project in Lancashire, although at a slower pace till we sell/move.

P.S. To find reliable sources for your profiles, go to the Family Tree & Tools tab; select Genealogy Research and scroll down near the bottom of that list and select Research with RootsSearch. There are over 20 websites to access from there.
I've found the New Members To Pages to be very useful as a introduction. I've already posted a few G2G questions and have volunteered to be an Atlantic Canada Team member. Looking forward to working with the other genealogists. Thanks for pointing me to the reliable sources!

I found the 'New Member How to Pages' to be a great resource. One suggestion is to provide a link to the '20 more frequently asked questions'. Just say G2G has members who are always ready to help but here is a list of commonly asked questions you might want to review first to see if your questions have already been answeed ...or something like that. Just a thought.

Thanks for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Collaboration with Pre-1700 Project members is essential for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because those ancestors are usually shared by many descendants.

I just discovered a free online database http://chignecto.org (Atlantic Canada Genealogical Project) managed by Don Chapman. Have you heard about it? I'll contact Don about allowing me to join and maybe suggest joining/collaborating with WikiTree.
