Potential confusion: A different Benjamin Stebbins, the 11th child of Samuel Stebbins (the 8th with his second wife, Abigail Brooks), was born at Springfield on 20 Dec 1700, and died June 29, 1709.^[1] Yet another Benjamin Stebbins, the son of a different Benjamin Stebbins and Mary Ashley, was born in 1711, lived in Northampton and married Mary Day's sister, Rebecca Day, on 26 Sep 1733 at Northampton.^[2][3]

Benjamin married Mary Day (20 Jan 1706 - 5 Nov 1796) on 17 Dec 1724 at Springfield. They had 4 children:

1. Mary Stebbins, baptized 7 Nov 1726, married Roger Cooley.
2. Benjamin Stebbins, born 8 Mar 1727, married Sabra Minor.
3. Elizabeth Stebbins, baptized 4 Jun 1730, married Samuel Leonard.
4. Vashti Stebbins, baptized 13 Aug 1732, married Elnathan Bush.

Benjamin died 11 Sep 1783, at Springfield.
