When she was twenty-one, she became the second wife of Zackqull Morgan, who was ten years her senior and had four children (all girls) by his first wife. He was the seventh of nine children, and the sixth son of the Reverend Morgan Morgan (a native of Wales who -- erroneously -- had the reputation of being the first white settler in present-day West Virginia and who was the first presiding justice of the Frederick County, Virginia court). Zacquill became the founder of Morgantown, Monongalia County, Virginia.
Drusilla bore Zackquill thirteen children - the first nine were all boys; the last four were all girls.
In August 1796 at age fifty-one, a year and a half after the death of her husband. Drusilla died in Aug 1796 Monongalia County[5]. Zackquill is buried in Pricketts Fort Cemetery, but Drusilla's place of burial is unknown.[6]
There is also an alternate death date of "after August 1813."[7][8]
