Here is my family tree.
I noticed that you're working on pre-1700-era profiles. This is a reminder that certifying to work on these types of profiles means that you agree to add valid sources as outlined in the Pre-1700 Certification Quiz.
If you need help with this, our G2G Forum is a great place to start. You can get there by clicking the link on the Help menu.
It's also important to provide locations and dates. If you don't have that information, please do not create new profiles.
I'd love to connect to anyone in the family but I'm unaware of how to. My email address is [email address removed] please reach out if you have any questions and I'd also like to ask some if I may.
Hello Christopher, my mother is Evelyn's daughter and I have more information about her other children. Thank you for compiling this information. I've been on a hunt to discover my family history and this is a great help!
Thank you for the merge suggestion. Kenneth Ainsworth Flanders Jr and his first wife Doris Maralynn Fisk are my parents. Ken's parents, Ken Sr and Mary Hughes Lavare are my grandparents. I'm slowly entering information so you will gradually see more.
Thanks for your reply and the work you're doing. Kenneth and I are related, distantly (9th cousins three times removed), and so, we are, as well. By the way, the other page for Kenneth if maintained by a Ryan Flanders. Perhaps your brother?
Nope, no brothers, just my sister Gaye and me. Ryan is a second cousin or second once removed. He comes from Ken Sr's brother Cyrus. His father or his grandfather is Cy's son Glenn. By the way, if you are on Ancestry, I am 1812POW over there. If you need more information to flesh out what you have on this family, that's the motherlode. If you see any photos that you like, feel free to take them. That's what they are there for.
Thank you for the link with more information regarding Paul Tyler and Hester Brink. I am seeking information on Paul, especially pertaining to his Revolutionary War service. There seems to be "stories" about his brothers that served in the war, but little on Paul.
I am a descendent of Hester and Paul through their son Amos. I am also seeking information on Amos; there seems to be very little information about Amos, and none that I can find about his wives. I have a list of Amos and his (2?) wives' children, but scant other facts. I am also seeking the full name of his first wife, a "Mrs. Jackson." Our family believes his second wife was Mary Ann Comfort, as indicated on the death certificate of their daughter (my great great grandmother) Lydia Tyler Sprague.
I have a printed copy of the Tyler Genealogy (Brigham and Tyler, 1976), and have accessed the digital copy online.
Sorry for not responding sooner, Mary. These trees get so big and so many points to research that I've not been back to Paul and Hester for many months. About Paul's service, I'll try to look into that soon. As for Amos, and supporting your hypothesis, I showed that Paul had a son, Amos, here: . And, as you probably already know, there's proof here (and it says he was alive in 1853): https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=wu.89062527643&view=1up&seq=29&q1=8742
But I don't see a Wikitree profile yet for your Amos. Is there one? If so, shouldn't you connect it to Paul and Hester?
