Parker was born about 1884. He is the son of Porter Slight and Rosa Williams.

Parker Slyke and Veola, or Viola, C. Frebley were married on 1 Jun 1908 in Marion, Florida, United States.^[1][2]

The WWI draft registration for Parker Slyke shows him in St. Petersburg, Pinellas, Florida! Working as a laborer at a yacht club. He lists his father, Porter Slyke, in Santos, Florida, as his nearest relative.^[3]

In the 1935 Florida state census, Parker Slite is a widower, living alone in Belleview, Marion, Florida, United States.^[4]

In 1940, Parker Slyke is in Santos, Marion, Florida, United States, married to Lillian Slyke.^[5]
