Biography
Elizabeth (Ruffin) Cocke was a Virginia colonist.
Elizabeth was born 01 JUN 1685 in Surry, Virginia, USA. Her father was Robert Ruffin. She married William Kinchin and they had six children. Elizabeth passed away on 03 SEP 1761 in Isle of Wight, Virginia, USA.
William Kinchen married Elizabeth Ruffin, daughter of Robert Ruffin of Surrey County. He (William) made his will August 13, 1734 and the same was probated July 28, 1935.[1] After his death his wife [Elizabeth (Ruffin) Kinchin] married Richard Cocke of Surrey.[2]

We do not have enough data to assign a certain birth date. No true anchor dates exist except for the approximation that she likely would have been born after her 2nd husband, Richard Cocke, whose vital dates are reported as 1707-1772.[2]
The birth dates of her alleged children are not mutually feasible, nor are they compatible with the mother's current birth date (1 Jun 1685).
