Anne Rosser was born in 1841 in Clarbeston Road, Pembrokeshire, Wales.^[1] She was the daughter of William Rosser (1813-1887) and Jane (Edward) Rosser (1810-1863).^[1]

She married Lemuel Williams (1850-1924) in 1876. They had 3 children.
