Emma Rodgers was born about 1889 in Alabama. She married James "Babe" Rodgers on January 31, 1907, in Pike, Alabama. They had six children during their marriage. She lived in Election Precinct 7 Dixons, Pike, Alabama, United States in 1920. She died on 24 September 1928, in Brundidge, Pike, Alabama, United States, at the age of 39.
