Marie Richard (appelée Marie Anne sur 2 actes de baptême de ses enfants)

Marie Richard est née et baptisée le 15 février 1650 à Nogent-sur-Seine (St-Laurent) en Champagne (Aube), fille de Pierre Richard et d'Anne Masson.[1]

Elle arrive à Québec le 30 juin 1669 à bord du vaisseau Le St-Jean-Baptiste[2] comme fille du Roy, ne sachant pas signer.[3]

Marie Richard et Antoine Dauné firent un contrat de mariage devant le notaire seigneurial René Rémy dit Champagne le 24 août 1669 à Boucherville.[4] [5]L'acte de mariage comme tel est perdu.[6]

Marie Richard

Marie Richard was born and baptized on 15 Feb 1650, in the church Saint-Laurent of Nogent-sur-Seine (Aube, France), the daughter of Pierre Richard and Anne Masson.[1]

Marie Richard left France aboard Le St-Jean-Baptiste May 15, 1669 and arrived in Québec June 30, 1669 [2] as a Fille du Roy, not knowing how to sign.[3][10]

Marriage
Marie Richard and Antoine Daunay entered into a marriage contract on August 24th, 1669 in Boucherville before the seigneurial notary René Rémy dit Champagne.[4] The marriage record itself is lost.[6]

Marie and Antoine settled in Boucherville and had 9 children, 8 of whom will marry[6][7]:

Paul, this person could not have this Pierre Richard as her father as he was born in 1646. Look at Richard-4040 as the proper father. I would appreciate someone on this PPP profile to respond as this continues to be an error.

Anne Masson is correct mother, born in 1620.
