Marie Richard
Marie Richard was born and baptized on 15 Feb 1650, in the church Saint-Laurent of Nogent-sur-Seine (Aube, France), the daughter of Pierre Richard and Anne Masson.[1]
Marie Richard left France aboard Le St-Jean-Baptiste May 15, 1669 and arrived in Québec June 30, 1669 [2] as a Fille du Roy, not knowing how to sign.[3][10]
Marriage
Marie Richard and Antoine Daunay entered into a marriage contract on August 24th, 1669 in Boucherville before the seigneurial notary René Rémy dit Champagne.[4] The marriage record itself is lost.[6]
Marie and Antoine settled in Boucherville and had 9 children, 8 of whom will marry[6][7]:
