Earlene,

I have looked at your tree and we are 19th cousins 4 times removed. I see Isaac Webb, son of Thomas, but no Isaiah or we would be much closer cousins. Robert Webb

I'm going to go to ancestry and get him connect. I have his brother Thomas, and Pernell

After long hunting for Franklin Bevin Hudson's father, mother and extended family. Another friend and geneologist Cathy P has finally found the gold at the end of the Rainbow. A whole bunch of Hudsons branching off to who knows where. We will start with Franklin and finish all the sources we have and work our way up. Yeah, I feel excited

There are currently 197 profiles indexed on WikiTree with the surname Renken. - that means you are one and there are 196 others. They can be seen at wikitree.com/genealogy/Renken

Some were born in the united states, others were born elsewhere; the earliest birthdate is 1778 and the most recent birthdate is 1978, aside from a number of Unlisted Renken

You could open each one that will open to see if there is listed any DNA test results on that profile. With an 'open, scan the right side below, close' and on to the next in line, I'm thinking it could be done is less that 30 minutes. I think so.

Any test results posted more than 36 hours before you examinine them will have been processed by the WT computer. I have read it will take 24 hrs minimum for those posted results to show up on a profile.

wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Connecting_DNA_Test_Results_to_WikiTree_Profiles explains the process for putting the test results on a profile

Not everyone who signs the honor code also posts their DNA test results and reasons for that vary from one individual to another. So the list of profiles Renken may mean a number of the Renken profiles do not have DNA test results posted.

I would like to thank Kay Wison for all the work she has done for me. I am probably not easy to work with

Earlene, I was curious about your Moore/Hudson lines and looked first at the 1850 Laclede, MO, census which listed a Bevin Moore (bro) Ruth Moore (mother) and Nathaniel R. Rodgers. Laclede county was formed 1849 from part of Pulaski County where Rodgers was listed on probate records of the elder William Moore. I'd start with Pulaski County records. I listed probate records on G2G for the elder William Moore, which is your line. The records named his son William Moore. Ruth was a widow by 1850 census. There were not any Hudson listed on Pulaski Co. probate records. View the microfilm records here: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/615763/can-anyone-help-my-brick-wall-with-hudson Your Hudson may have died in Camden County which also contributed land in forming Laclede county 1849. Hello, sorry I'm soo late in replying, but I've been wondering about Moore and Hudson. Franklin's dad John doesn't seem right either does Ruth

I asked a Hudson genealogy on Family live dna, and he said that's what they have. I can't find anything for John Hudson dad of Franklin Bevins dad

Do you have any DNA with Hudsons. I'd like to confirm Berth Husdon as my second great grandmother. There are a few with ancestry but I have that site

Thanks

I've done some work on John Hudson and his wife Rachel Moore now. I added to your question in the G2G and reshowed it. Hopefully someone will come forward with information. A marriage record for Rachel would be helpful!! Let me know if I need to add or change anything on those profiles.

I'm always happy to help! Let me know which profiles or families you are having difficulties with. We can either post them in the G2G forum or try to find additional records for them.

There are many sources available for these profiles. I think you will be able to continue adding your ancestors soon if you stop and work on the connected profiles. What is holding you back may be a mistake. That happens. If you work on Andrew Moore and Rachel, you may make the most progress at this point. They clearly had more than two children. Since there may be more than one Andrew and Rachel Moore, finding her LNAB is important. Is it actually Moore also? That also happens. I always note it in the bio it that’s the case.

Look at the pull down menus at the top click the one with the profile ID. Under there click research. This is the easiest way to get to records. It’s best not to use internet trees when there are actual records.

I’ll check back later to see how you are doing.

Hi Earlene,

I've sent you an email with some explanations. And if you want to be a profile manager of Anje Harm (Kuip) de Wit, you can ask to be placed on the 'trusted' list. Then I can add you to her profile and you can take over the profile.
