Hi Cindy
I'm new to this site so I apologise if I jumped the gun by changing a parent on a profile you manage.
Mary (Brock) Ballard (1756-abt.1808) had been assigned to the wrong father, John Brock (bef.1724-abt.1813). It appears that her assigned father was previously John Brock (abt.1730-bef.1820) - id found in bio. John Brock (bef.1724-abt.1813) lived his entire life in Devon, England and could not have fathered a child in the USA. I cannot see in the Changes tab when the switch happened or why. I have changed Mary (Brock) Ballard (1756-abt.1808)'s father to John Brock (abt.1730-bef.1820) as I believe it is correct (same wife in his profile as Mary's mother in hers) but I am researching Brock-1158 (the Devon one) who is an ancestor of my partner so have no knowledge of the American family. (Edited to add links.)
Cindy... Got your message, and at this time I am not sure. Her Duckworth's are definitely mine, in fact, very much so. Keep me on your list since my time has grown short working on this. John Ingraham Berry Will be in touch.
I would respectfully like to request to be added to the Trusted List of Dr. Philip Fowler. I am a direct descendant and have done years of research on the Fowler family and would like to help maintain this profile.
Cindy, I picked up an orphan, Hutchins-67. It appears to match your Hutchins-2585. I'm pretty new to all this and thought maybe you could merge them. Mary Hutchins is my Great Great and so on. I've done a lot of research on her and Husband Nicholas Harris in Ancestry and Family Search. Moses Harris is one of the children that is my family.
Cindy, looking on my other tree"my heritage" I have Elizabeth Isbeii parents to beHenry Miller, 1698-1783 and Margaret Miller 1700.look at https://www.myheritage.com/site-family-tree-136333502/callahan# the info on wiki is not correct you were righr mother born after daughter thanks
on Elizabeth Miller Isbell,1720 -1785 I have about 1720 for birthday, but looking at her mother Hanna may have been born earlier because of her parents dob but I am still looking further.
Cindy, I see the dates and thank you for the note. What do we need to get the correct mother for Hanna? I am going to do more research oh Hanna's mother.
Thank you Cindy for bringing the Daniel Denison issue to my attention. Unfortunately the mix up was worse than it appeared, and had to reject that merge. However, after some research I made the necessary changes to the newer of those two profiles and proprosed a merge with the right profile, I wouldn't have caught this without your help and I very much appreciate it. Thank you.
I believe you are correct. Can you add some DNA evidence (since documents are few and far between) for Byrom-23, so the merge can be completed.
Thank you!
I noticed that you have just set a couple of merges to unmerged matches. Comparing Hopkins-3061 and Hopkins-112, they look like profiles for the same man. Please add comments on each profile to explain what additional research is necessary. It will help all the profile managers make better decisions.
Hi you'll Thank you for your participating in the 2018 Team Tennessee Volunteers Clean-a-Thon. I hope you will join me again this fall for the 2019 Team Tennessee source-a-thon and next year for the 2019 Team Tennessee Volunteers Clean-a-Thon. I had fun doing this no matter if I did get stress with my life at home.
