Biography
Martha Jackson Pickard was born on March 16, 1831, in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, she was the daughter of David Pickard and Phoebe Coburn. She married Gabriel Yerxa on 25 Oct 1854 in Douglas, York, New Brunswick, Canada, and they had eight children together. She then married Jesse Christie on September 25, 1889, in York, New Brunswick, Canada. She died on January 28, 1913, having lived a long life of 81 years.
