Richard John ( Dick) Page was born on August 25, 1921, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, his father, Eli, was 28 and his mother, Dorothy, was 26. He married Evelyn Gertrude Stewart on November 28, 1945, in Carstairs, Alberta, Canada. They had five children during their marriage. He died on June 11, 2011, in Didsbury, Alberta, Canada, at the age of 89.[1]
