Emily married Arthur Ernest Green on 19 February 1884 at Launceston, Tasmania. ^[2]

In 1934 Emily and Arthur resided at 22 Lawrence Street, Launceston. Arthur was employed as a gardener while Emily was occupied with home duties.^[3]

Emily died on 14 April 1938. She is buried at Carr Villa Memorial Park in Launceston, Tasmania. ^[4]
