Theopholis was born about 1793.
Theophilus was the youngest child of Abiel and Mary (Bisbee) Packard.
Theophilus married first Esther Guilford, on 26 Nov 1818 at Cummington, Hampshire, Massachusetts, USA - parents of Melissa A., Abel G., Ardelia M., Isaac T., Rachel E. and Theophilus S. Packard (all of the children were born at Cummington, Hampshire, MA).
After the death of Esther, he married Maria H. Morgan and lastly he married Hannah Canfield.
Theophilus is buried at Old Fredonia Cemetery, Fredonia, Licking, Ohio, USA.
