Mr. OrmsbyI thank you for doing our family tree but you have your information incorrect John Andrew Doherty was not my relative nor son George Clarence Doherty I don't know where you obtained this information but it is incorrect the only John Doherty in this family was John Albert I am the grandson of George Clarence Doherty and the son of( Roy ) Robert Leroy actually Laroy Doherty his middle name has been misspelled in the history books Dad went by the name of Roy until he remarried to my mother Lois Elaine Porter when he went by his first name Robert Mildred George Walter John Albert and Clarence Vernon Doherty we're his siblings We don't know why John Andrew Doherty laid claim to our family unless there is a family secret why would two supposed to Brothers have almost the same name
