Biography

Laura Blanch Nold was born on June 10, 1868 in Conrad, Calhoun, Illinois, United States.

In 1880, Laura (12)'s occupation was 'at home'. She was living in household of Melchior Nolde (57) in Point Precinct, Calhoun with her parents, Melchior Nolde (57) and Jany Nolde (50); and her siblings, Gorg Nolde (26), Joseph Nolde (21), Allen Nolde (20), Louise Nolde (15), and William Nolde (11). ^[1]

Laura (21) married James W McKenney (23) (born on January 15, 1866 in Pike, Missouri, United States) on June 10, 1889 in Calhoun.^{[2] [3] [4] [5]}

In 1900, Laura (32) was living in Point Precinct, Calhoun with her children, Jennie (9), Lilly (4), and Moody (2). ^[6]

In 1910, Laura (42) was living in household of William M Kennedy (39) in Point Precinct, Calhoun with her husband, William M (39); and Jennie McKenna (18), Lillian McKenna (14), and William McKenna (12). ^[7]

In 1920, Laura (52) was living in Point Precinct, Calhoun with her children, Jennie (28), Lillian (23), and Moody W McKinney (21); and her brother, William Nold (50). ^[8]

Laura died on January 2, 1926 in Golden Eagle, Calhoun, aged 57. She was buried in Nold Cemetery, Golden Eagle, Calhoun County, Illinois.^{[9] [10]}
