Laura was born in 1853. She was the daughter of William Nicol and Harriet Cady.

Laura married Peter Anderson on 14 December 1882 in Sweetwater, Wyoming Territory, United States.^[1]

Laura died (age 80) on 7 November 1933 in Lander, Fremont, Wyoming, United States.^[2] She was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Lander, Wyoming.^[3]
