Biography

Henry Nau was born on 6 June 1716 and baptized on the 12th in Deschambault^[1]. He may have been born in the seigneurie de la Chevrotière, but that is not specified on his baptism, it shows up in some of the baptisms of his siblings.

Henri Neau (sic) married Geneviève Rivard dite Lacoursière on 11 Oct 1744 in Batiscan^[2], being listed as resident of St-Pierre-Lévrard on the record.

There were 9 known children from the marriage, 1 died young and 8 married.^[3]

Henry Nos died on 6 Feb 1763, burial being on the 7th in St-Pierre-les-Becquets^[4], being listed as 45. His son Joseph was born after his death.^[3]

Notes

Contrary to what Nos Origines states, he is never called Joseph. The locations listed for him are also incorrect in that tree.
