Categories: Estimated Birth Date
I changed the guess birth date to 1800 in the hopes that the merge would happen.
so ... please ... please ... please ... merge the two profiles.
A parent (Morrow-4418 born 1800) should not have been born more than 170 years before one of their children died (Morrow-4420 died 6 Jul 1979) . This would mean that even if the parent gave birth at 70, the child lived to be over 100. A parent's death date (Morrow-4418 died Nov 1858) should not be more than 120 years before one of their children died (Morrow-4420 died 6 Jul 1979) . This would mean the child lived to be over 120.
The original text on daughter Sarah's profile was this: She was the daughter of Christopher Morrow and Sarah Unknown. She passed away in 1923 and is buried at Baileysmill Reformed Presbyterian Graveyard with parents and four siblings. Also Samuel Morrow and his wife. The details you have entered on Sarah's profile are for a completely different Sarah, different generation.
Sarah's profile needs to be edited to how it read before and a new one set up for the Sarah you are referring to. I have been looking at the marriages of his other children that you have entered. Do you have a source for these children being the offspring of this particular Christopher Morrow - Morrow was a common name in Ireland. In particular, I notice that the newspaper notice of Maria's marriage refers to Christopher Morrow of Ballymagarrick, whereas Christopher Morrow (Morrow-4418) was from Ballycairngannon. Townlands are an important way of figuring out the various families with the same name.
Once the profiles are all resolved, I am of course happy to do the merge.
Thanks Linda
