Edward (Morgans) Morgan was born in Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, Wales.

Edward Morgans was born in 1826 in Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, Wales and was baptised on 9 July 1826 in Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, Wales. ^[1] He is the son of Richard Morgans and Jane (Cleaten) Morgans.

In the 1841 census Edward (age 15) was in Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, Wales. ^[2]

In the 1851 census Edward (age 24) was the son of Jane Morgans in Montgomeryshire, Wales. ^[3]

Edward (full age), son of Richard Morgan, married Martha Pryce on 19 September 1852 in Guilsfield, Montgomeryshire, Wales. ^[4] The spelling of the bride's name can be seen as Pryce in her signature on the marriage certificate. Edward and his father Richard Morgan were both described as Blacksmiths on the marriage certificate, and Martha's father John Price was a Labourer. Edward was living in Llandinam and Martha was living in Guilsfield.
