Biography
Francis was born in 1849. He was the son of Samuel Morgan and Sarah Coombs.
Francis enlisted at Brookville, Indiana 6th May 1864. He served as a private in Company H of the 134th Indiana Infantry. He was discharged 15 June 1864 at Decatur, Alabama.
He was married in 1868 to Johanna Schneider in Franklin County, Indiana. He passed away in 1912.
