Biography

David was born in 1797. He married Mary Elizabeth Redmon in 1822. They had eight children. He was a volunteer in the Black Hawk Indian War of 1832. He served in Captain Palmer's Company. He is buried as a veteran in Old Liberty Cemetery in Cass Texas in 1881.
