Biography

Charles A. Morgan was born in 1828 and died after 1863.

Charles A. Morgan was the older brother of Wiley Newton Morgan, who married Virginia Tennessee Timms 1836-1884, d/o Jabez Timms 1801-1855

He married Melvina Timms on 30 Mar 1858 at Davidson Co TN.[1]

Melvina Miles-5617 was the first cousin of Virginia Timms, and she first married Virginia's brother Jabez Franklin Timms (Jr). Later Melvina married Virginia's brother-in-law.

Charles A. Morgan and Melvina Miles had 2 children together.

Charles was mentioned on a memorial in Elmwood Cemetery, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee, United States with a death date of 26 October 1861.[2]

Research Notes

I seriously doubt the 1895 death in NY. Perhaps Charles died in the Civil War?
