When Paul Virgil Morgan was born on January 27, 1895,[1] in Washington, Louisiana,[2] his father, William, was 27 and his mother, Florence, was 19. He married Mary Dean Passman (1896–1998) on May 1, 1915, in his hometown.[3] He died on February 13, 1971, in Missouri at the age of 76, and was buried in Washington, Louisiana.[4]
