Phoebe was born on 9 June 1849 in Rusagonis, Sunbury County, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of Alexander O. Morgan and Sarah Ann (Crabb) Morgan.
When Phoebe was 18 she married Henry A. Blaney on 7 August 1867 in Fredericton, York, New Brunswick, Canada.
Phoebe died at the age of 72 on 18 November 1921 in Millville, York, NB, Canada.
Phoebe was buried on 20 November 1921 in Millville Cemetery, Millville, York, NB, Canada.[1]
