Native Virginian (Born in Virginia, Now West Virginia as of June 20, 1863)

Charles was born about 1827. ^[1] He is the son of David Morgan and Pleasant Harris.

He married Ellenor Moran in 1848. ^[2]. Ellen passed away in 1873. ^[3]

Charles and Ellen were the parents of the following known children:
