Charles was born about 1827. [1] He is the son of David Morgan and Pleasant Harris.

He married Ellenor Moran in 1848. [2]. Ellen passed away in 1873. [3]

Charles and Ellen were the parents of the following known children:

Charles passed away on 19 Nov 1913 at the age of 86 Years, 5 Months and 5 Days as recorded on page 310 in the Upshur County Courthouse, West Virginia. He is listed as a General Laborer and being married. [5]
