Lavinia Morcom was born on May 2, 1860 in Magill, North Adelaide, Colony of South Australia, daughter of John Morcom (~1825–1911) and Mary Ann Trewinack (<1825–1896).

Lavinia (29) married Jasper Smith Levy (23) (born in October, 1865 in Milton, Kent, England; son of Henry Levy and Rachel Solomon) on July 24, 1889 in Congregational Manse, Kapunda, South Australia.

Lavinia died on May 14, 1945 in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, aged 85.
