Biography

John, born about 1864, was the son of William Millen and Rachael Lambier.^[1][2]

He married Sarah Isabel Morris in 1888 in Windsor, Ontario.^[3] They lived in Gosfield Township, Essex, Ontario.^[4]

In 1902 he was appointed County Clerk.^[5]
