Biography
Selden was the son of John W. Manwaring and Mary (Morgan) Manwaring.
He married twice:
1st marriage to Sara Mae Caldwell in FEB 1900.
They had one son, Philip. They divorced APR 1914.
2nd marriage to Edna Weaver 06 OCT 1914 in Waterford, Connecticut.[1]
Following his father, Selden was a very courteous proprietor of the Oswegatchie House a hotel in Waterford,Connecticut and also served as Justice of the Peace, performing many marriages on site.
