Biography
Doris was born 25 Mar 1901. She was the daughter of George Main and Martha Daggett.[1]
She and her husband raised their nephew, Eugene S. Krause when his mother (Doris' sister) Gladys Pearl (Main) Krause passed away shortly after giving birth, as Doris also had an infant child. .
In 1910 she lived with her uncle Avery W. Main and his wife Grace after her father was incarcerated. [2] married George Hollister, who was known as grandfather to her grandchildren.
She passed away 10 June 1985, and is buried in St. Joseph Cemetery, Norwich, Connecticut[3]
