Biography
Her exact birth date is unknown, but based on census records we can estimate that she was born ~1824, likely in Virginia.
Her father was Thomas H Lucas and her mother was most likely Hannah Hale. She & her husband are explicitly mentioned in her father's will dated July 1855. (See link 1 below)
She married her husband, Andrew Williams on August 11th, 1841 in Giles County, Virginia. Records of the marriage list her father as "Thomas Lucas", but do not list her mother.
She can be found living with her husband and children in Giles County, Virginia in the 1850 & 1860 census records.
They are known to have had 7 children, 6 daughters and 1 son, born between ~1843 and 1864. Her maiden name, Lucas, is confirmed in the death records of some of her children.
Family trees constructed by DNA matches of this line suggest that Elizabeth died in 1865, though I have no records which directly substantiate this.
All I can say is that she seems to disappear from subsequent census records after 1860, and that her husband Andrew is later listed as widowed.
