Biography
Carlotta Lowell was born on November 30, 1864 in Richmond, New York, United States. Her parents were Charles Lowell and Josephine Shaw.
She adopted three girls:
- Martha b. 1900
- Emily b. 1908 m. Edward Hutchins
- Lillian b. 1909 m. Merrill Griswold
She died on September 19, 1924. She is buried at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, Massachusetts.[1]
