Biography

Charles was born in 8 Feb 1923 to Philip Lowe and Beatrice Hulda Louisa (Brummett) Lowe in Humboldt, Allen County, KS. He married Sue (Ball) Lowe 8 Feb 1947 in Knoxville, Knox County, TN. He served in WWII, graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1954 and spent his career at the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA).

Charles died 1 Apr 2016 at the age of 93 in Knoxville, Knox County, TN and was buried in Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
