Biography
Silas was born in March 1884 in Hastings, East Sussex, England. He was the son of Edgar Lepper and Harriet Elizabeth Eaton.
In 1891 Silas (age about 6) was living in Hastings, East Sussex, England. with parents and three siblings
In 1901 Silas (age about 16) was living in Portland, Dorset, England. 1st class boy sailor on board the Minotaur
Silas died at the age of 34 on 18 September 1918 in Flanders. Cause of death was he was killed in action with British Expeditionary Force.
Silas was buried in October 1918 in Cérisy-Gailly, Picardie, France.
